Our Methodology

At Cayman Platinum Janitorial Services, our cleaners are responsible, qualified, fully trained, experienced, and inducted at every site. Stringent employment and medical checks are in place for all cleaning staff including cleaners, supervisors, team leaders and managers. All staff are trained to comply with company policy, Workplace Health and Safety and safe workplace methods.

Site inspections and cross checks of supervisors' reports and records will provide an accurate evaluation of staff performance needs and job standard. The job specification, including routine cleaning, periodic cleaning and special events must be always adhered to and at every clean. Quality control begins with staff and then equipment. All equipment must be up to date, state of the art machinery for commercial and residential contracts.

Our Green Cleaning Practices

With a high concern for protecting the environment and the maintenance of safe, healthy, and unpolluted client premises, we only use carefully selected non-toxic and environmentally friendly products, employ renewable cleaning methods, and engage in proper disposal of all waste. We maintain a watching brief on developments in renewable cleaning for continuous improvement in our operations and contribution to environmental sustainability.

Safe and compliant work practices

Safe and compliant work practices are a priority. For all staff, we mandate attendance at our in­house induction prior to site entry, conduct client site inductions, and provide all our staff with regular and ongoing training and our policies and processes for safe work activities across all aspects of service delivery. On the job coaching and inspections are regularly undertaken to preserve the health and safety of our people, our clients and their customers.

We not only provide service to meet our clients' cleaning specifications, but also offer a broad range of specialised cleaning services, emergency services, and property maintenance services. We are a one-stop shop organised to promptly and effectively meet your day-to day, periodic, adhoc, and emergency needs.
